THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million times, and it still doesn't more info work. The quality is shoddy, and the design are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being embarrassed. I'm so angry that I imagined I'd acquired something functional instead. Save
